Description

Own end-to-end functional testing and automation for ServiceNow ITSM and ESM implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases and scripts for ServiceNow workflows.
• Perform functional testing across ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request, and Service Catalog/Service Portal.
• Validate Enterprise Service Management (ESM) processes to ensure end-to-end functional correctness.
• Create test documentation, execute test plans, and report results to support implementation and integrations.
• Collaborate with teams to understand technical requirements and troubleshoot issues during testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise ITSM testing.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request, Service Catalog).
• Experience with ServiceNow ESM and functional validation of enterprise service workflows.
• Scripting skills in JavaScript, Python, and/or Perl for ATF automation.
• Proficiency with Unix Shell and Windows Shell for test automation support and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to TOSCA for test automation.
• ISTQB, Certified System Administrator, PSM, or CSM certification.
