Description

You will oversee end-to-end testing for application functions, ensuring software quality through SAFe Agile methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Organize and control the testing process to maintain visibility, traceability, and quality standards.
• Monitor test execution, apply metrics to track progress, and report anomalies to stakeholders.
• Manage testing timelines and proactively notify management of bottlenecks, risks, or issues.
• Collaborate with business partners, PMO, and technical delivery teams to align testing with business requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, specifically SAFe.
• Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with defect management tools such as HP ALM, Bugzilla, or JIRA.
• Experience working within AWS or cloud computing environments.
• Background in the Healthcare domain, specifically with Provider Data and Systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
