Testing Lead

You will lead software quality testing efforts and guide a team of testers.

Responsibilities

• Review test plans and test designs.
• Lead testers through execution phases.
• Prepare test plans, test data, test cases, and traceability documents.
• Analyze test results to identify issue patterns and compile detailed reports.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software testing.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining automation frameworks and scripts.
• Hands-on experience building Selenium test suites using Python.
• Experience with testing frameworks including Keyword, Data Driven, and Hybrid models.
• Familiarity with GIS Automation (GIS data and Maps).
• Experience with database automation, including handling Excel, text, and CSV files.
• Knowledge of Tosca and Selenium.
• Understanding of DevOps implementation and basic knowledge of CI/CD AWS deployments.
• Strong communication skills in English.
