Description

You will lead software quality testing efforts and guide a team of testers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review test plans and test designs to ensure coverage.
• Lead testers through execution phases and manage daily activities.
• Prepare test plans, test data, test cases, and traceability documents.
• Analyze test results to identify issue patterns and compile detailed reports.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software testing.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining automation frameworks and scripts.
• Hands-on experience building Selenium test suites using Python.
• Experience with Keyword, Data Driven, and Hybrid testing models.
• Familiarity with GIS Automation, including GIS data and Maps.
• Experience with database automation, handling Excel, text, and CSV files.
• Knowledge of Tosca and Selenium.
• Understanding of DevOps implementation and basic CI/CD AWS deployments.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills in English.
