Description

Lead end-to-end test management, strategy, and delivery for SAP-based implementations.

You will own the testing phase for SAP projects, ensuring high-quality execution through defined strategies and frameworks. You will manage test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting while directing a team of testers. Engage with stakeholders to provide regular updates to leadership and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies and methodologies aligned with project objectives.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in Test Management within SAP environments.
• Proven track record managing testing for at least three SAP-based implementations.
• Deep understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
• High-level knowledge of SAP systems and their specific testing requirements.
• Proficiency with Mercury Tool Set or similar tools for test execution and tracking.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SAP testing technologies such as eCATT.
• Knowledge of process modeling tools and techniques.
• Experience in pre-sales activities related to testing services.
