Description

You will lead the end-to-end testing strategy and execution for Workday ERP implementations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans covering unit, integration, system, UAT, and performance testing.
• Coordinate all testing activities, including resource allocation, task assignment, and schedule maintenance.
• Implement QA processes and conduct regular audits to ensure Workday ERP system reliability and compliance.
• Manage the defect lifecycle by establishing processes to track, prioritize, and resolve issues with development teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and stakeholders to align on testing objectives and report quality metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Test and QA Lead in ERP implementations.
• CTAL-TM certification.
• Proven experience with Workday ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Expertise in creating test cases, user scenarios, and test scripts.
• Strong knowledge of UAT, test objectives, and testing methodologies.
• Experience managing defect resolution and quality assurance processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
