Description

You will lead a team of testing specialists in executing manual, automation, and user acceptance testing for a complex healthcare system.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct the testing team in designing and executing test cases, evaluating results, and conducting peer reviews of test plans.
• Translate functional specifications into effective test scenarios for integrated, scenario-based User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Utilize performance testing techniques including modeling, baselining, and service monitoring to simulate enterprise environments.
• Develop test scripts, prepare test data, and document defects to work alongside developers on resolutions.
• Create comprehensive test plans and calendars to coordinate project timelines and provide task estimates.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• 4+ years of experience leading software testing teams.
• 4+ years of experience writing SQL queries with strong database knowledge.
• 2+ years of experience developing automated scripts for RESTful services.
• 2+ years of experience integrating automation with Jenkins and GIT.
• 2+ years of experience testing websites across multiple browsers, web services, and back-end processing.
• Proficiency with performance tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or BlazeMeter.
• Experience with SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, and off-hours as required.

Preferred Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a JAVA/Web application tester on complex healthcare industry projects.
