Description

Lead a team of testing specialists to design, execute, and evaluate manual and automated testing for complex healthcare systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Direct testers in designing and executing test cases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop test plans, test calendars, and time estimates to coordinate project timelines.
• Execute performance testing using modeling, baseline establishment, and service monitoring.
• Document defects and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct quality assurance activities such as peer reviews of test plans and execution results.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• 4+ years of experience leading software testing teams.
• 4+ years of experience writing SQL queries with strong database knowledge.
• 2+ years of experience developing automated scripts for RESTful services integrated with Jenkins and GIT.
• 2+ years of experience testing websites across multiple browsers, web services, and back-end processing.
• Proficiency in SQL, JAVA, Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with performance tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or BlazeMeter.

Preferred Skills

• 4+ years as a JAVA/Web application tester within the healthcare industry.
• 4+ years developing automation scripts using Selenium, Selenium WebDriver, QTP, or Python.
