Description

Lead a team of testing specialists in executing manual and automated testing for complex healthcare systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Direct the testing team in designing, executing, and evaluating test results for manual and automation workflows.
• Translate functional specifications into effective test cases and scenarios for integrated User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare test plans, calendars, and time estimates to coordinate testing timelines and project completion.
• Utilize performance testing techniques including modeling, baselining, and profiling system performance.
• Document defects and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• 4+ years of experience leading software testing teams.
• 4+ years of experience writing SQL queries with strong database knowledge.
• 2+ years of experience developing automated scripts for RESTful services integrated with Jenkins and GIT.
• 2+ years of experience testing websites across multiple browsers, web services, and back-end processing.
• Proficiency with performance tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or BlazeMeter.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in data validation using SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as required.
