Responsibilities

resource will work with a global team delivering to a high standard and focusing on technical work to on-board our customers quickly and effectively.

Functional Skills:

  • Develop and maintain Thingworx solutions

  • Participates in developing specifications such as user stories

  • Conduct unit testing and provide code resolutions to the UAT issues

  • Solve or recommend solutions for complex issues and problems 

  • Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications

  • Prepare and publish systems project status reports. Comply with systems development

methodology, standards, procedures, guidelines, priorities, and schedules.

  • Assist in developing system documentation. 

  • Follow set governance processes to meet and achieve the required output.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: 

  • Experience with developments in Thingworx Foundation & Thingworx Utilities (Must Have)

  • Experience in Thingworx Industrial connectivity or Kepware (Must Have)

  • Knowledge in developing JavaScript & Java (Preferred)

  • Experience in developing REST/Web services (Preferred)

  • Knowledge on Historians, MQTT, OSI PI, SSO AR (Preferred)

  • Exposure in RDBMS and developing SQL query development (Nice to Have)EDUCATION AND

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field required. 

  • 3+ years of relevant experience

  • Excellent communication skills to include internal and external communication & documentation  

  • Knowledge of business concepts in manufacturing industry
