Description

Manage production stability and resolve complex technical issues within a .NET environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to maintain platform stability.
• Investigate and fix bugs within .NET (C#) applications and implement small code enhancements.
• Automate manual operational tasks to increase system efficiency.
• Maintain and improve logging, monitoring, and alerting systems.
• Document all fixes, technical processes, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or software engineering roles.
• Proficiency in .NET (C#) with the ability to read and modify existing codebases.
• Experience debugging and resolving production-level issues.
• Competency with SQL Server and basic query troubleshooting.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control using GitHub.
• Ability to obtain and maintain SC (Security Check) clearance.
• Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services including GCE, GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and Cloud SQL.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Stackdriver, Prometheus, or ELK.
• Scripting experience for automation using PowerShell or Python.
