You will manage third-party risk lifecycle activities and support the implementation of the Third-Party Management Policy across TTS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the completion of third-party risk assessments by partnering with Business Activity Owners and internal functions.
• Execute data validation within TPM systems and remediate identified discrepancies.
• Manage contract data reviews, validation, and manual migration to central systems.
• Identify, monitor, track, and escalate issues requiring remediation to ensure program expectations are met.
• Support project milestones, maintain local inventory accuracy, and track business leveraged controls.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Third-Party Management within a global financial services organization.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, process improvement, change management, or governance in regulated environments.
• Strong data analysis skills with experience working with databases.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience assessing third-party risk and associated control requirements.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize responsibilities through effective organizational techniques.
• Strong communication skills to interact with and influence management and lines of defense partners.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in big banking environments.
• Knowledge of Financial Market Infrastructure (FMI) and Agent Banks.
