Description

You will define the technical vision and architectural direction for the client, leading hands-on design and mentoring senior architects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Set the overall technical vision and direction for the client.
• Oversee architecture and mentor senior architects on complex design decisions.
• Lead the team in solving high-impact problems through hands-on design and coding.
• Drive best practices including design, code, and architecture reviews.
• Collaborate with senior business leaders on technology strategy and investment proposals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in architectural roles.
• Hands-on experience with TIBCO BW5 and BW6 applications.
• Proven ability to design and build scalable systems, platforms, and architectures.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure.
• Working knowledge of DevOps practices and JIRA tools.
• Broad experience across distributed systems, microservices, and front-end/back-end technologies.
• Ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
