Description

Senior Tibco Backend Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software using the Tibco suite and modern Java technologies. You will own the full lifecycle from architecture to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new software solutions while maintaining and improving existing systems.
• Optimize and organize code to ensure high-quality functionality and performance.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams.
• Recommend and drive improvements to existing software programs and architectures.
• Provide coaching to junior associates and work independently on medium-complexity projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience architecting and developing applications and solutions.
• Deep expertise in Tibco BusinessEvents, Tibco BusinessWorks, Tibco ActiveSpace, Tibco EMS, and Tibco Hawk.
• Proficiency in Java, Springboot, and AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and Microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of REST API, SOAP, XML/JSON, and Web API design and integration.
• Experience with File and Database Adapters.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design, MVC, and ORM design patterns.
• Knowledge of logical and physical database architectures and operating systems.
• Experience working within Agile and iterative development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with financial transaction systems.
