DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Review, analyze, and reverse-engineer existing production applications hosted on TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW).

·       Evaluate legacy implementation details across lower environments to map out architectural dependencies and business logic.

·       Participate in modernization brainstorming and architectural design sessions to transition integration workflows to modern target platforms.

·       Hands-on development and rewriting of TIBCO BW integration services into Java Spring Boot applications and MuleSoft APIs.

·       Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure seamless functional parity and delivery effectiveness in a modern stack.

·       Troubleshoot system behaviors and validate end-to-end integration flows across lower and production environments.

REQUIRED SKILLS (MUST BE IN THE RESUME IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED)

·       TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) (5+ yrs): Hands-on experience developing, supporting, or analyzing enterprise integrations on TIBCO BW.

·       Java Full Stack / Java Spring Boot (5+ yrs): Experience in Java development and microservices creation using Spring Boot.

·       MuleSoft (5+ yrs): Enterprise integration experience designing and building APIs on MuleSoft.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS

·       Previous experience in complex system modernization or legacy-to-cloud/microservice migration projects.

·       Strong understanding of industry-specific enterprise systems, integration patterns, and operational processes.

·       Excellent technical documentation and analytical skills.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

·       An experienced Senior Integration & Custom Software Engineer with strong expertise in legacy TIBCO BusinessWorks systems and modern enterprise stacks (Java Spring Boot, MuleSoft). The ideal candidate possesses deep technical curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to reverse-engineer legacy code bases to rebuild them into scalable, modern microservice architectures.

Job Responsibilities

·       Review and analyze existing TIBCO BusinessWorks integrations across environments to document system logic and flow dependencies.

·       Participate in architectural design sessions focused on rewriting legacy applications into modern microservice stacks.

·       Develop, test, and deploy clean, maintainable Java Spring Boot microservices and MuleSoft APIs.

·       Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure functional parity and smooth transition of services into production
