Description

Provide technical leadership and architectural design for TIBCO BW5 and BW6 projects. Own the full lifecycle from design to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Define and document technical architecture, including non-functional requirements and solution designs for RFPs.
• Translate business requirements into technical demands, user stories, and design documents.
• Provide high-level development estimates and conduct requirement walkthroughs for developers.
• Lead code reviews, technical issue resolution, and production deployment support including smoke testing.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure alignment on design and implementation.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in TIBCO BW5 and BW6.
• Proven experience defining technical solutions and creating architectural documentation.
• Expertise in managing design-to-deployment activities and performing rigorous code reviews.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and create detailed technical user stories.
• Experience providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
• Experience with production deployment support and smoke testing.
• Any Graduate degree.
