Key Skills: TIBCO BW 5.x/6.x, BWCE, EMS, Hawk, TEA, TIBCO Administration, Jenkins, CI/CD, Azure, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Linux, Windows

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and support TIBCO environments and infrastructure.
• Deploy, configure, and manage TIBCO BW, BWCE, EMS, TEA, Hawk, and Adapters.
• Monitor TIBCO applications and ensure high availability and performance.
• Perform installation, upgrades, patching, and maintenance of TIBCO products.
• Troubleshoot application, middleware, and infrastructure issues.
• Configure and manage EMS in Load Balancing (LB) and Fault Tolerant (FT) modes.
• Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub.
• Manage SSL certificate creation, configuration, and renewal.
• Set up and support environments across on-premises and cloud platforms.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production incidents.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams.
• Ensure SLA compliance and maintain operational documentation.

Experience Required:

• 5-7+ years of experience in TIBCO Administration and Support.
• Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BW 5.x/6.x, BWCE, EMS, Hawk, and TEA.
• Experience in deployment, configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of TIBCO Adapters such as SAP and ADB.
• Experience working on Windows and Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, Jenkins, and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization technologies like Docker.
• Experience with SSL certificate management and environment setup.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Basic SQL scripting knowledge (Oracle/SQL Server preferred).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and support production environments.
