Description

Administer and maintain TIBCO middleware environments, ensuring high availability and performance across on-premises and cloud platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and manage TIBCO BW 5.x/6.x, BWCE, EMS, Hawk, and TEA.
• Monitor TIBCO applications and perform root cause analysis to resolve production incidents.
• Execute installation, upgrades, patching, and maintenance of TIBCO products.
• Configure EMS in Load Balancing (LB) and Fault Tolerant (FT) modes.
• Manage SSL certificates and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub.

Required Skills

• 5-7+ years of experience in TIBCO Administration and Support.
• Strong hands-on expertise with TIBCO BW 5.x/6.x, BWCE, EMS, Hawk, and TEA.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting TIBCO Adapters (SAP, ADB).
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub, and CI/CD processes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and basic SQL scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
• Ability to work in shifts and support production environments.
