Description

You will design, develop, and implement integration solutions using the TIBCO platform, including BusinessWorks, EMS, Rendezvous, and HAWK.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect integration solutions ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Administer, configure, and manage TIBCO environments across various platforms.
• Drive technology adoption by implementing application-specific TIBCO solutions with enterprise teams.
• Provide technical leadership through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and training sessions.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code inspections, and solution design discussions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, Rendezvous, and HAWK.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Experience with TIBCO Designer, Adapters, and Repository.
• Ability to administer and configure TIBCO environments.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and architecture.
• Experience with InConcert and IntegrationManager.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience documenting best practices, guidelines, and lessons learned.
