Role description
We are seeking an experienced TIBCO Developer with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks 6 (BW6) or TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE) development and integration projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using TIBCO BW6 and BWCE.
Develop and support REST/SOAP services, messaging integrations, and enterprise application integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues independently.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and deployment activities.
Work Schedule:
Candidate should be flexible and willing to work in the 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift.

Skills
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in TIBCO BW6/BWCE development.
Strong knowledge of integration patterns, API development, XML, JSON, XSD, and Web Services.
Experience with TIBCO EMS, JDBC, FTP/SFTP, and REST/SOAP integrations.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of deliverables.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services is preferable.
Knowledge of Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Exposure to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and cloud-native deployments is an added advantage
