Description

You will develop, maintain, and troubleshoot MFT solutions using Tibco and related platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service interruption alerts and troubleshoot issues according to SLA.
• Address live issues and resolve them within predefined SLAs to improve productivity and quality.
• Manage file transfer processes using SFTP and handle application onboarding, patching, and upgrades.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in MFT solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Axway MFT products (Secure Transport, Sentinel).
• Strong knowledge of SFTP, FTPS, and HTTP/S data communication protocols.
• Experience working with Linux environments.
• Proficiency with SQL and database interactions.
• Knowledge of SSL, encryption, keys, and certificates.
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts and service management tools like ServiceNow.
• Experience with Tibco, Go Anywhere, and Seeburger MFT.
