Description

You will own the assessment, modernization, and migration of TIBCO-based integration assets, ensuring architectural alignment and release readiness.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and validate TIBCO software stacks locally to support code walkthroughs, compilation, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with SMEs to define non-functional requirements, capture deployment information, and review technical designs.
• Enforce quality gates and lead SIT, E2E, regression, and UAT activities for in-scope integrations.
• Validate functional requirements, business rules, and legacy-equivalency needs during sprint reviews and design sessions.
• Support defect triage, issue resolution, and go/no-go evaluations across migration waves.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, and TIBCO Administrator.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
