Develop enterprise solutions using Tibco software and manage the full software development life cycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build enterprise solutions using Tibco BusinessWorks, EMS, and Business Connect.
• Execute all SDLC phases from requirements and design to testing and post-production support.
• Collaborate on system architecture, design decisions, and best practices.
• Analyze software requirements to provide duration estimates for assigned projects.
• Fix bugs, enhance software applications, and optimize performance tuning of Tibco processes.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience with Tibco BusinessWorks and EMS.
• In-depth understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Micro-Services.
• Expertise in data integration and access patterns.
• Proficiency with XML concepts, including XML Schema, XPath, and XSLT.
• Experience with distributed applications development, including database and transaction management.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in full life cycle application and system development.

Preferred Skills

• 1 year of experience managing Tibco Managed File Transfer (MFT) Internet Server.
• Experience with Oracle.
