Description

Lead the migration of large-scale TIBCO and ESB integration platforms to AWS cloud-native architecture.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end target technical integration design for migration from TIBCO to AWS.
• Design cloud-native solutions using API-led, event-driven, batch, and orchestration patterns.
• Mitigate migration risks including dependency management, performance bottlenecks, and data integrity.
• Ensure production readiness across all migration waves with contingency plans for rollbacks and failures.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in large-scale modernization programs.
• Deep expertise in TIBCO, SOA, and ESB technology platforms.
• Hands-on Java programming for application integration.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services: Lambda, SQS, Event Bridge, SNS, Step Functions, EKS, S3.
• Proficiency in XML, JSON, IDOC, SOAP, REST, and Web Services.
• Experience with Docker, container services, and deployment.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD (Jenkins), Git, and Gradle.
• Knowledge of API Management and Logging/Monitoring frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Rapid Application Development environments.
