Description

You will manage the Tibco platform across DEV, QA, and PROD environments to ensure high availability and stability.

Responsibilities

• Manage P1 and P2 incidents and perform root cause analysis to reproduce anomalies.
• Execute Tibco platform upgrades, version migrations, and vendor hotfix deployments.
• Configure connectors, security models, backups, and failover/recovery operations.
• Handle patch installations including all required pre- and post-installation checks.
• Set up new flow configurations across all environments and qualify incidents for the integration platform evolution backlog.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing Tibco platforms.
• Experience with Tibco upgrades and version migrations.
• Proficiency in configuring connectors and implementing security models.
• Knowledge of backup and failover/recovery operations.
• Experience with patch installation and verification processes.
• Ability to manage high availability in DEV, QA, and PROD environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience working with APIs.
• Skill in using monitoring and performance tuning tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience documenting support processes to prevent incident escalation.
