Description

Provide production support for Sterling OMS applications and related services in Richardson, TX.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage order fulfillment processes, global inventory visibility, and reverse logistics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Sterling OMS production environment.
• Maintain OMS APIs, agents, and services to ensure system stability.
• Communicate proactively regarding system status and technical changes.
• Support supply collaboration efforts across the organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with OMS applications.
• Direct experience with Sterling OMS production support.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and IBM DB2.
• Experience working with Java and XML.
• Technical knowledge of OMS APIs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Splunk for monitoring and log analysis.
