Description

You will provide process and transactional support for Finance by managing time and attendance data integrity. You own the preparation of reports and maintain the No Fault Point System using databases and spreadsheets for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Run and distribute reports from Workday and Kronos HR systems.
• Track light duty status and assist HR with attendance policy enforcement.
• Account for and document disciplinary actions given to team members.
• Verify employee records, consult departments on discrepancies, and file relevant documents electronically.
• Provide plant supervisors with necessary paperwork to document team changes.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of office experience, specifically in Time and Attendance functions.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Kronos and Workday.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to maintain record accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with HR and plant supervisors daily.
• Ability to work self-sufficiently and independently in a collaborative environment.
• High School Diploma or GED (GED preferred).

Preferred Skills

• 10-key typing proficiency.
• Experience handling confidential employee information.
