Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex telecommunications programs and account priorities in Richardson, TX.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver project SOWs, costing, schedules, and requirements.
• Manage and mitigate intra- and inter-program dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Own program budget, margin management, and revenue forecasting.
• Drive internal and external communications with customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate demand planning between Supply Chain and R&D.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of telecommunications experience.
• 5+ years of customer-facing experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience navigating major accounts.
• 3+ years of IMS experience.
• Technical domain knowledge in IMS Core, NFVI, and SDN.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex, multi-dimensional projects concurrently.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Working knowledge of Agile development methodology.
• Experience managing customer change requests and scope management.

Preferred Skills

• PMP designation or equivalent.
• Experience with RAN or Radio deployments.
