You will own the end-to-end validation of tolling back-office functionality to ensure system reliability and accuracy.
Responsibilities
Create, execute, and document comprehensive test plans and scripts for Account Management, Case Management, Payments, Dispute Management, Dunning and Collections, Correspondence, and Invoicing.
Validate business processes from a holistic perspective across omni-channel touchpoints including Portals, IVR, Chatbots, email, and social media.
Manage and execute testing scripts within the MS Azure ADO system.
Review vendor-provided test scripts and conduct system stress testing to identify potential issues.
Collaborate with the QC Lead and technology staff to provide feedback on production deployment readiness.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in large-scale integrated solutions for tolling back-office operations.
5+ years of experience testing CRM Microsoft D365.
Proficiency in ERP SAP with back-office testing experience.
Hands-on experience with UBOS and CBOS systems.
Experience using MS Azure ADO for test management.
Ability to work remotely with required on-site presence (approximately 4 days per month) during SIT, UAT, Pre-Go Live, and Go Live phases.
Proven ability to capture, maintain, and analyze data to implement optimizations.
