You will own the end-to-end validation of tolling back-office functionality to ensure system reliability and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Create, execute, and document comprehensive test plans and scripts for Account Management, Case Management, Payments, Dispute Management, Dunning and Collections, Correspondence, and Invoicing.
- Validate business processes from a holistic perspective across omni-channel touchpoints including Portals, IVR, Chatbots, email, and social media.
- Manage and execute testing scripts within the MS Azure ADO system.
- Review vendor-provided test scripts and conduct system stress testing to identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with the QC Lead and technology staff to provide feedback on production deployment readiness.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in large-scale integrated solutions for tolling back-office operations.
- 5+ years of experience testing CRM Microsoft D365.
- Proficiency in ERP SAP with back-office testing experience.
- Hands-on experience with UBOS and CBOS systems.
- Experience using MS Azure ADO for test management.
- Ability to work remotely with required on-site presence (approximately 4 days per month) during SIT, UAT, Pre-Go Live, and Go Live phases.
- Proven ability to capture, maintain, and analyze data to implement optimizations.
