Design tooling and fixtures to improve part manufacturability and production productivity in Mossville, IL.

Responsibilities

• Design tools and fixtures to enhance manufacturability of parts and major components.
• Solve complex tooling needs to drive production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with tool design teams in Mexico and India to support global operations.
• Work across multiple groups to develop efficient tool design solutions.
• Manage projects related to tooling development and implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Tooling Design.
• 5+ years of experience with Heavy Fabrication.
• Strong expertise in tool design and manufacturing technology.
• Project Management experience.
• Proficiency in GD&T and 3D Modeling.
• Knowledge of PLC Programming and Robotics.
• Ability to travel internationally 30% of the time.
• BS degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronic Engineering, or similar, or 15 years of experience in tool and die making.
