Description

You will design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks for enterprise PeopleSoft applications using Tricentis Tosca.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated test scripts in Tricentis Tosca for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate PeopleSoft modules including HCM, Financials, Benefits Administration, and Pension systems.
• Analyze test results to identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and support resolution tracking.
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to define test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Establish and maintain test automation best practices and reusable components within the QA framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software testing experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Tricentis Tosca automation.
• 3+ years testing large-scale enterprise PeopleSoft applications (HCM, Financials, Benefits, or Pension).
• Strong proficiency in functional testing, regression testing, and test data management.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid development environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex enterprise integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Defined Benefit (DB) pension systems or retirement benefits platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL for database validation and API testing.
• Tricentis Tosca certification.
