Description

Lead test automation efforts using Tricentis TOSCA, owning code quality, reliability, and team delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated test scripts and ensure productivity meets defined schedules.
• Own automated test code quality and reliability before client handover.
• Lead a team of automation engineers and troubleshoot complex automation issues.
• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks across multiple tools.
• Participate in client workshops for test automation scoping, RFPs, POCs, and demos.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test automation.
• Expert proficiency with Tricentis TOSCA.
• Hands-on experience with Web and API automation.
• Experience setting up DEX (Desktop Execution) and managing execution.
• Experience with at least one ERP system (SAP, Salesforce, or Oracle).
• Experience planning test automation, effort estimation, scheduling, and execution.
• Certifications as a Tricentis Product Consultant or Test Architect.
