Description

You will lead the test automation strategy and execution using TOSCA, managing the full defect lifecycle and mentoring QA engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test automation strategies aligned with business and technical goals.
• Lead and mentor QA engineers, fostering a high-performance testing culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation scope and deliverables.
• Oversee test plan creation, scenario design, execution, and result analysis.
• Ensure automation coverage of critical functionalities and manage the defect lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in QA/testing, including 5+ years in automation leadership.
• Proven hands-on experience with TOSCA test case design, execution, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or C# for custom automation scripting.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Bamboo).
• Knowledge of version control (Git) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing defect lifecycles using tools like JIRA, ADO, HP ALM, or Rally.

Preferred Skills

• IstQB certification.
