You will lead QA initiatives with a primary focus on Tosca automation and team mentorship.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies and planning.
• Build and maintain automation using Tosca frameworks.
• Lead, guide, and mentor QA team members.
• Manage test execution, reporting, and defect management.
• Collaborate directly with development teams to ensure quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and QA leadership.
• Hands-on expertise with Tosca automation tools and frameworks.
• Proven experience in Test Strategy and Planning.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Experience managing defect lifecycles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor QA teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
