Lead the QA team and drive TOSCA automation efforts to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA.
• Define test strategies and plan execution schedules for release cycles.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the QA team on best practices.
• Manage defect tracking and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
• Generate and report test execution metrics and quality status.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with TOSCA automation tools and frameworks.
• Proven track record as a QA Lead with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Experience in leading and mentoring QA teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
