Lead testing efforts and drive automation strategy using the Tosca framework.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Tosca.
• Define the overall test strategy and planning approach.
• Lead and mentor QA teams to ensure software quality.
• Manage defect lifecycles and reporting processes.
• Collaborate directly with development teams to align testing with delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Hands-on expertise with Tosca automation tools and frameworks.
• Proven experience as a QA Lead.
• Strong knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Experience with test execution and script development.
• Ability to manage end-to-end test strategy.

• Any Graduate degree in a technical field.
