Description

You will execute quality control audits and manual testing while transitioning into automated testing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control audits and monitor departmental operations, including claims, membership, and customer service functions.
• Identify operational problems, analyze cause and effect, and recommend process improvements.
• Document potential fraud or abuse situations and compile quality performance reports.
• Provide feedback and coaching to operations and training teams to address identified errors.
• Assist in developing training documentation and new organizational procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with Tricentis Tosca for test automation.
• Experience with Selenium using Java.
• Strong test automation skills.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (Latin American) with strong translation capabilities.
• Ability to perform manual testing during the initial phase of the role.
• Any Graduate degree.
