Description

Lead the automation testing team to design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Tricentis Tosca.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automation testing strategies, frameworks, and standards.
• Maintain the Tosca automation framework for reuse across multiple projects.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure scripts follow best practices for maintainability and performance.
• Optimize automation scripts to enhance execution times and coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing needs and develop automation solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation testing leadership.
• Strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca automation tools, including Commander, Test Case Design, API, and TDM.
• Experience building, maintaining, and optimizing automation frameworks using Tosca.
• Expertise in API Testing, including REST and SOAP.
• Familiarity with Postman and ReadyAPI.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working within an Agile environment.
• Experience leading onsite and offshore testing teams, emphasizing collaboration.
