Description

Own the test automation strategy, framework development, and execution for functional and integration testing.

Define the TOSCA-based automation framework and ensure it supports continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD). Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to identify test cases for automation. Establish coding standards, guidelines, and quality metrics for the automation suite. Guide the offshore QA team on best practices, perform code reviews, and mentor team members. Conduct regular defect triage, manage end-to-end defect lifecycle, and provide biweekly automation status and metrics to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the TOSCA test automation framework.
• Define test automation strategy and ensure CI/CD compatibility.
• Mentor offshore QA teams and perform code reviews.
• Coordinate with developers and product owners on automation scope.
• Manage defect triage and publish automation metrics.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in test automation.
• Strong proficiency in Tricentis TOSCA.
• Experience in developing automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to lead regression and progressive test automation.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills.
• End-to-end test management experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UFT automation tool.
