Description

You will manage quality improvement programs and oversee quality control systems to ensure the continuous production of advanced software applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems to meet customer requirements.
• Enhance the quality and efficiency of software development processes.
• Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Manage quality assurance documentation and maintain organizational compliance.
• Collaborate across departments to integrate quality management practices into daily operations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Total Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with quality management software tools.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience with statistical tools and process improvement methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Lean certification.
• Project management experience.
