Description

You will develop technical solutions for Flight Operations Systems using IBM Transaction Processing Facility (TPF) and airline crew domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop new technical solutions for Flight Operations Systems (FOS).
• Perform impact analysis and prepare high-level designs for system requirements.
• Code and enhance programs using TPF, Sabre TALK, and high-level Assembler.
• Trace and fix defects using TPF Toolkit and Debugger.
• Monitor application server and repository logs to identify and report application bugs.
• Prepare unit test plans, test reports, and provide on-call support.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience as a TPF Application Programmer.
• Proficiency in Assembler and IBM TPF Toolkit.
• Experience with Sabre TALK language.
• Experience with CVS tools.
• Working knowledge of TPF and FOS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for client and offshore coordination.
