Description

Develop technical solutions for Flight Operations Systems using IBM Transaction Processing Facility (TPF) and airline crew domain knowledge.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop new technical solutions and perform impact analysis for system requirements.
• Code and enhance programs using TPF, Sabretalk, and high-level assembly language.
• Trace and fix defects using TPF Toolkit and Debugger.
• Prepare unit test plans, test reports, and coordinate client system/UAT testing.
• Monitor application and repository logs to identify and report bugs.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience as a zTPF Application Programmer.
• Proficiency in Assembler and IBM Transaction Processing Facility (TPF).
• Experience with IBM TPF Toolkit and Debugger tools.
• Experience with CVS tools.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for client and offshore interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SABRETALK language.
