Lead complex programs within the TPMO, managing delivery from inception to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive program delivery using Agile methodologies.
• Utilize Jira to track progress and manage workflows.
• Foster trusting relationships and connection across teams.
• Take personal responsibility for program outcomes and continuous innovation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• 3+ years of experience working in technology or a related field.
• Proficiency in PMO processes.
• Experience with Agile frameworks.
• Hands-on experience using Jira.
• Strong project management fundamentals.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, project management, engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree.
• PMP or PMI certification.
• PROSCI Change Management Certification.
