Description

Manage validation and due diligence for third-party engagements and vendor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Analyze new engagements and approve engagement classes to enable contract execution.
• Conduct due diligence on new and existing engagements, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained and analyzed.
• Review and challenge Subject Matter Expert due diligence and facilitate review sessions with business areas.
• Identify weaknesses in the control environment and monitor remediation plans for identified issues.
• Collaborate with internal outsourcing and vendor oversight groups to reduce duplication and ensure program compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in validation or engagement oversight.
• Subject Matter Expert in TPR validation processes.
• Experience conducting onsite inspections of vendor sites.
• Ability to review documentation and provide formal analysis and recommendations to management.
• Proven track record of managing remediation plans and escalating risks.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
