You will provide technical administration and support for a global TrackWise Digital (TWD) instance serving over 2,000 users.
Responsibilities
Fix and modify existing workflows within the system.
Manage technical operations across TMS (Tracking Management), DMS (Document Management), and QMS (Quality Management) modules.
Collaborate with vendors to resolve software bugs and issues.
Support the global team, including occasional early morning meetings to align with European hours.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in system administration.
Direct experience with TrackWise Digital (TWD).
Technical proficiency in workflow modification and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Document Management, Tracking Management, and Quality Management systems.
Experience working within Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Quality Assurance environments.
Strong analytical skills for technical problem-solving.
Ability to work from one of the following approved states: Alabama, California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Washington.
Preferred Skills
Experience using ServiceNow for incident and task management.
