Description

You will manage trade compliance and entry validation to ensure regulatory adherence and accurate customs processing.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Validate U.S. entries using Entry Management (EM) solutions and manual reviews to ensure compliance with trade regulations and reciprocal tariffs.
• Audit entry packages for documentation accuracy and completeness, flagging corrections and coordinating with customs brokers for resubmission to the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE).
• Manage U.S. Customs Broker Exceptions through the Trade Partner Relationship Management (TPRM) solution in Salesforce.
• Resolve shipment document handover escalations between vendors, Logistics Service Providers (LSPs), and Customs Brokers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in trade operations.
• Proven experience in Customs Broker Management and Entry Management.
• Deep understanding of U.S. trade compliance regulations, entry processes, and tariff structures.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Trade Management Software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to interpret complex trade policies, standards, and procedures.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail for entry validation.
• Ability to operate autonomously and manage escalations effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or Supply Chain Management.
• U.S. Customs Broker License.
