Description

You will provide technical support and maintenance for the trade floor to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end projects including Windows OS upgrades, Windows update rollouts, and software updates using SCCM, Software Center, and Microsoft Intune.
• Execute endpoint migration projects through planning, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, connectivity, and device compliance.
• Support trading floor applications and devices including Bloomberg, Reuters, smartphones, and printers.
• Own incidents and service requests through to resolution, following ITIL processes for Break-Fix, IMAC, and configuration management.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge documents for EUC and FSO processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Tradefloor Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Experience managing software updates via SCCM and Software Center.
• Strong knowledge of trade floor operations and technologies like Bloomberg and Reuters.
• Mandatory project management experience using Microsoft Project.
• Deep understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Configuration management.
• Experience managing SLAs and KPI reporting.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems and MS Office.
• Hands-on experience with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing third-party partner relationships and services.
• Ability to manage risk, issue, and action logs for management sign-off.
