Description

You will lead the analysis, design, and integration of advanced traffic control technology systems as a Subject Matter Expert.

Responsibilities

• Perform current and future state traffic service mapping, gap analysis, and delivery milestone planning.
• Manage third-party vendors and apply best practices for traffic networking, data, hardware, and applications.
• Evaluate traffic technologies for potential acquisition and direct the assessment of hardware and software resources.
• Analyze and manipulate traffic system data to review performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Establish priorities for the maintenance, design, development, and analysis of entire traffic systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or related traffic systems roles.
• Expertise in systems development using analysis, design, and documentation methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies.
• Experience managing traffic networking, data, device hardware, and applications.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to convey complex, highly technical information to a diverse audience.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university.

Preferred Skills

• Experience acting as a liaison between the project user community and IT.
