Description

Lead technical direction and systems architecture for complex Train Control projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the systems development approach, ensuring clear requirements and adherence to documented build methodologies.
• Direct systems analysis, design, development, and integration for Train Control and ET-SCADA systems.
• Lead technical issue resolution and serve as the primary point of escalation for production operations and maintenance.
• Develop technical specifications and maintain up-to-date documentation for as-deployed architectures.
• Oversee cross-functional technical teams and provide project oversight to ensure alignment with industry standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems architecture or engineering.
• Direct experience with Positive Train Control (PTC), including IETMS, ITC, and ACSES.
• Proven expertise with SCADA systems.
• Hands-on experience with systems integration and integration testing.
• Strong background in middleware/DB platforms, networking, or software development.
• Ability to produce detailed design specifications and technical documentation.
• Experience in project oversight and leading technical teams.
• Proficiency in cloud technology and packaged applications.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate degree in Engineering or related technical field.
